Our business is Information Technology. However, our social mission is to help Filipinos improve their living standards.

The Philippines has a highly educated and competent workforce with a 94% literacy rate. It also has world-class business infrastructure. Despite these advantages, nearly half of the population are poor. Over 3,000 people leave the country every day for jobs overseas to support their family. About 10% of the population work abroad. Economic conditions are forcing a generation of children to grow up without one or both parents. Overseas workers risk exploitation and often work in menial jobs for which they are extremely over-qualified. It is a terrible waste of human potential.

Nevertheless, business and technology can change society for the better. Globalisation works for the poor as well as the rich. I believe that by helping UK companies stay competitive, Filipinos can use new ways of working to improve their living standards without leaving their families.
